Majestic Saints Health Guarantee
ALL ST. BERNARD PUPPIES COME WITH:
AKC registration.
One-year health guarantee. (See below; terms)
Health Certificate. (If puppy is shipped)
Puppy Carrier. (If puppy is shipped)
Complete physical examination by a licensed vet.
Current shots. If puppy is being held beyond 8 weeks, 2nd round is the responsibility of the buyer.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
The purchase of ANY St. Bernard puppy is subject to the following terms and conditions.
All of our St. Bernard puppies are sold as pet quality only. We make no guarantees of being able to show, breed, weight or height as adults. All St. Bernard puppies are sold as is in
regards to color, weight, or size.
Shot Records: All St. Bernard puppies sold by us will come with current shots up to 8 weeks, deworming and physical exam. The new owner is expected to continue the vaccination as prescribed by their vet. A shot record is included with each puppy. No puppy will be replaced that fails to have the proper veterinary care.
Initial Exam: All puppies must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of purchasing the puppy. A copy of the exam (not the bill) must be mailed to: Majestic Saints 3447 Squirewood Circle, West Valley, UT 84120
within 30 days of the date of receipt, for any guarantee can be valid. Guarantee starts at the date of actual receipt of puppy by owner. If the puppy is examined and is determined by your veterinarian to be unfit for purchase at the exam, you may receive a replacement puppy. A phone call and a veterinary statement would be required. Unfit for purchase would mean it would mean it was sick within the 3 business days. A fecal exam is required. A replacement will be made if the puppy is not found to be fit for purchase. We do not give refunds of any sort. We do not cover any veterinary expenses that you choose to incur. A replacement will only be made if the buyer returns the puppy. Shipping expenses of the return or the replacement puppy will be paid by the buyer. Replacement can take up to 1 yr. or more.
